VISION

place all sections the society with equal opportunities

development initiatives in a manner to utilize the same
on egalitarian principals leading to sustainable
development in the society through each community is
empowered self-reliant equal rights and equal
opportunities are enjoyed by all participatory
approaches.
MISSION
Having the clear vision to provide equal opportunities
to all sections in the society, it is the endeavor of
PSS to strive for providing required capabilities among
all sections of the population where it has been placed
to serve this in context, the mission of the
organization is, our mission is to facilitate the
process of capacity building of agents of change at
grassroots.
Identify license in terms of access to skills and
capacity-building improvement in Education Training
given measures among weaker sections in the society and
then provide opportunities for the same and enable them
to reach the status of self-deficiency through welfare,
economic and social development programmes keeping in
view the local circumstances. By advocacy and networking
with like-minded organizations non-government
organization, and institutions.

knowledge development and professionalism and

GOALS
Creation of a network of rural & urban development
knowledge improvements economic and social development
and the status of self-sufficiency improvements a Deal
with systematic women and Men Training provided to
communication skills to development. We want to develop
men and women with Audio Visual Teaching, Vocational
Training,
Business
School
and Education research institution services on Social
issues, population, Unemployment, illiteracy computers
systems in development for future goal up till
millennium.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The
day to day affairs of the organization has been managed
by the Executive committee consisting of seven members.
However, the overall supervision and guidance is derived
from General Body consisting of founder member.
a)
Chairman
The
Secretary, Executive committee, organization, Expert
members, and Resource persons will be monitored by the
chair person.
b)
Secretary
He will be the contact person and in-charge of overall
superintendence of the project, monitoring every aspect
from time-to-time.
c)
Project Coordinator
It is
proposed to have Project Coordinator works as
stake holder and oversee each area for smooth and
efficient implementation. He will directly report to the
secretary and receive all necessary guidance and
instructions from him from time-to-time.

OPERATIONAL AREA
Though currently the organization is concentrating in
Warangal and surrounding districts of Andhra Pradesh,
yet the operational area consists of entire Andhra
Pradesh and will move to national and international
level in future.
