ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
The day to day affairs of the organization has been
managed by the Executive committee consisting of seven
members. However, the overall supervision and guidance
is derived from General Body consisting of founder
member.
a) Chairman
The
Board members, Executive committee, organization, Expert
members, and Resource persons will be monitored by the
chair person.
b) Secretary
He
will be the contact person and in-charge of overall
superintendence of the project, monitoring every aspect
from time-to-time.
c) Project Coordinator
It is proposed to have Project Coordinator works as
stake holder and oversee each area for smooth and
efficient implementation. He will directly report to the
secretary and receive all necessary guidance and
instructions from him from time-to-time.

e) Flexibility of work:
1.) Motivation: - If our organization gets any new subjects all the members will be
trained and motivated. Awareness will be given about the
subject.
2.) Opportunities: - The organization members who work to wards the
organization will get special fame and will be awarded
with bonus payment
3) Promotion: - The person who works with sincerity and efficiency he will be promoted
to higher position with his seniority. He will be given
opportunity at other places.
4) Policy: -
If any problem arises in the organization a special
committee named complaint authority committee will solve
all the problems this committee will be arranged by the
chairman.

History of Prathista Seva Samithi
2003: The prathista seva samithi was registered as an NGO and
started by Mrs S.Vanaja in Hanamkonda.
Warangal dist Andhra Pradesh India Prathista Seva
Samithi) and starts to help the poor of A.P., India .Vanaja
opens an office in India with the name
“Prathista Seva Samithi”. Building and
Offices in rented Houses.
Prathista Seva Samithi Awareness programmes,
pulse polio

development.
2004: Prathista Seva Samithi starts and computer, Education developments
programs and the world womens day, AIDS Awareness, water
conservation and waste land development camp, Health
check-up camp in urban slum area, yoga, Child Labour
programs communication skills, developments and
improvements Rural and Urban Development. Social service
starts with our
Warangal Dist Center.
2005: Prathista Seva Samithi has conducted training programmes on women self
help groups, health camps, spoken English skills for
some poor people. World Mother Day, Food/fruit
processing for rural women, sustainable agriculture,
clean and green, rural development Programmers
conducting our organization.
2006: Prathista Seva Samithi has conducted programmes on To old age 100
member people’s free fruits & Bread Donate, Gender
Equality, woman Empowerment, Human Resources Development
social development, Health and Hygiene, Environment
based programmers conducting our organization.
2007: Prathista Seva Samithi has conducted programmes on Skills Development
, participatory development , Economic development ,
Research and training, Health, Education, women, gender
Equality,
Disaster Management is conducting our organization.
